A PMBOK-based, hands-on training enriched with cases from close to 30 real transformation projects: scope, schedule, cost, risk and stakeholder management. The second part practices AI-assisted plan drafting, status report and meeting summary generation, risk-signal detection and document analysis with live tools; the CPMAI methodology covers the distinct lifecycle of AI projects. Participants progress on their own projects using templates.
